Japanese SAKE !

Now I introduce about the SAKE which is characteristic liquor of Japan.

The SAKE is made from clear water and good rice.

The Japanese river water is so clear because it always continue to flow and it is only 3days from the beginning of the flowing to the sea.

The rice was make from this clear water and farmers make ones best, so rice become very delicious.

The SAKE is not made from only clear water but also good rice, like this.

There is a custom that when Japanese eat the dish Japanese enjoy drinking, the SAKE is so suit any dish! This reason why there is two kinds of SAKE sweet and dry.
